  • Next edition of programme to further promote professionalisation of global football, with end goal of creating more balanced ecosystem at club level

  • World-class line-up of speakers, including club executives and industry experts

  • Course to kick off in September 2022 and conclude in December 2023

Following the hugely successful inaugural edition that got under way in 2021, FIFA has launched the second instalment of the Diploma in Club Management, aimed at providing club executives and former international players from all around the world with the latest practical know-how and insights from the industry, covering key areas related to successful club management.

The diploma is in line with FIFA’s vision of making football truly global, which includes the objective of creating a more balanced ecosystem to enable a larger number of football clubs from every region of the world to compete at the highest level on and off the pitch.

The programme will provide the participants with first-hand insights and perspectives on the latest industry data, research and trends, including best practice across the following course modules: leadership and management, club operations and stadium management, sporting strategy and youth academies, governance and legal matters, marketing and communication, and finance.

The second edition of the diploma will kick off in late September 2022, after which a combination of online lectures and face-to-face sessions in locations across the world will build up to a graduation event in Zurich in December 2023.
